• ONCE AUTHORIZED, THE ESTIMATED CHARGE WILL BE SUBTRACTED FROM THE FINAL BILL

A significant part of the time required to estimate the repair on a tool is involved in the teardown and diagnosis of the problem. Therefore we find it necessary to charge a nominal fee for the diagnosis. Once the estimate is reviewed and we receive approval for repair, the diagnostic fee will be deducted from the final bill.

UNREPAIRED TOOLS WILL BE RETURNED DISASSEMBLED. For liability and safety reasons, tools will be returned unassembled to avoid potential injury. Unrepaired tools left over 30 days will be disposed of.
